  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

6. Cash on Delivery

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, which means you pay for your order at the time of delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only offer shipping within Saudi Arabia. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
